Rjenda has just added new capabilities that will help users personalize their experience even more.
The key ones include:
1. First page a user sees when they login
2. Which calendar view a user wants to set as their default
3. Who can find you via a search on the site
First page when a user logs in
As we introduce Rjenda to schools, we have a more diverse user population and hence a greater need for users to be able to personalize their experience on the site. Users of Rjenda can now specify which page they want to see when they login to the product. They can choose from one of the following options:
• User Home page
• User’s consolidated calendar page
• A particular group home page, which they visit most often
• The insight modules available
The user can define these under “Settings” in the top bar of the application.
Default Calendar view
For any personal or group calendar, Rjenda supports three views, Monthly, Weekly or Agenda views. As is obvious from the names, each of these provides a different view of activities and events for a user. Users can now define which of these views you would like as a default when you are viewing any calendar under “Settings”.
Who can find you via search
Several of the organizations we are working with, especially schools, need additional security for their students. Users of these schools are set up with a security profile that only allows them to be searched by other members of the same school community. This is also defined under “Settings”.
Let us know what you think of these features.
Thanks,
The Rjenda team
