Based on user feedback, we have added a new analytic that shows the count of assessments entered by teacher and class. This functionality is available via the the “Department Usage” analysis, which now has 2 tabs -
- The 1st tab is the Summary view and shows the % of classes in each department that have entered an assessment in the next 4 weeks
- The 2nd tab, Detail, shows the count of assessments by teacher and class across 11 weeks (3 in the past and 8 in the future). You can always use the right and left arrows to see additional information in the past or future.
With this new analytic, school administrators, deans, department heads, etc. can see the spread and frequency of assessments over time by teacher and class. They can also review the usage by teachers across departments. This provides them additional insight for meaningful engagement and communication.
